Made to order
Every piece is made specifically for your order. We don't hold ready-made stock. We start production only after payment is received in full. There is no deposit or pay-later option.
Returns & refunds
Every item is custom-made, so we can't offer general returns. If your order arrives damaged or faulty because of our mistake, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact us with photos of the issue and your order number.
Delivery
At checkout and on your order page, we show a guaranteed delivery date. It's our courier's estimate plus one extra business day. Once your order ships, you can track it live.
Your uploads
When you upload a photo, text, or design file, you confirm it's yours to use and to print on your order.
