What we collect
To take your order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. If you customise a piece, we also collect the photo, text, or design file you upload. If you sign in with Google, we get your name and email from Google. We never see or store your Google password.
How we use it
We use your information to make your order, arrange delivery, and keep you updated on it. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email to send occasional updates. Any photo or design you upload is used only to make your piece.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that help us run the business: Paystack and Squad for payment, Shipbubble for delivery, Cloudflare R2 for image storage, and Brevo for email. We also use Anthropic to help write gift copy, but we never send it your uploaded images. We never sell your data.
Your choices
You can update your details or delete saved recipient profiles any time from your account. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, reply to any newsletter email or write to us. To delete your account and data completely, email us at hello@yoursly.ng.
